The Society operates a Discretionary Fund to help members meet dental, optical and other medical expenses. Donors may also claim for educational expenses for the child when they take out a Second Step, Junior Gold Bond or Junior Saver Plan policy.
Policy holders become members of the Society and as such may claim up to £30 every year at the discretion of the Society after one year’s premiums have been paid into the plan. This additional benefit is completely free of charge, but the scheme may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Members may claim up to £30 a year, at any time, providing all minimum investment requirements are met. The scheme is available per member, not per policy. Minimum investments are £180 per year in at least one regular policy, or £1,000 per person on any of the Bonds or ISA. |
