IMPORTANT INFORMATION - BONUS RATES

Please be advised that, for the time being, the society is temporarily suspending interim bonus rates on its ‘With-Profits’ products.

We regret the need for this temporary suspension, but our hands have been forced by the instability of the global stock markets, which has resulted from the so called “credit crunch”, and the subsequent banking collapse.

We will re-introduce an interim bonus rate as soon as we can.

This notice affects only our With Profits policies. Our Unit Linked policies are unaffected.

What is it?

A Tax-free life assurance savings plan, which enables you to invest a regular sum over ten years or more.

In return, it will provide you with life cover during the investment term, and tax free lump sum upon maturity.

The longer you invest and the more you invest, the more you ‘accumulate’.

   

How much can I invest?

From just £15 a month, up to a maximum of £25 a month, the Nottingham Friendly Accumulator is a tax free investment everyone can afford. Investments premiums can also be made via a yearly payment, of up to £270.

   

Who can have one?

Any UK resident between 16 and 69.
 

HOW MUCH WILL I RECEIVE?

The amount you receive when the plan matures will depend upon how much you save, for how long and the bonuses added to your plan. 

These, in turn will depend on investment performance and the Society’s charges and expenses.  The Society may add bonuses to your plan each year.  Additional, terminal bonus may also be added when the policy matures or is cashed in. 

Whatever happens you will receive a guaranteed minimum sum when the plan matures, together with the added benefit of bonuses, which may be declared each year.
